The Pharmacokinetics MS experience
Pharmacokinetics (PK) refers to how drugs and/or drug metabolite concentrations change in the body over time. These changes can be described by four processes: absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME). This non-thesis 30-credit program helps students develop the skills and knowledge to complete modeling and simulation tools for the prediction of drug pharmacokinetics, safety, and efficacy in the human body.
