What makes the RAQA program the best academic program of its kind?  Answer: Our incredibly talented and dedicated faculty, many of whom who have taught for us for 20 or more years, helping to shape and develop the curriculum. With so many excellent instructors from industry and FDA, it would be difficult to name all of them without publishing a small volume about their great courses. Here are a few highlights of our Spring offerings.

  • If you miss the camaraderie, networking, and discussions of on-campus courses, consider taking Professor Sax’s new course on Pharmaceutical Regulatory Leadership, which will be offered at our Ft Washington site on Wednesday afternoons. It will include networking and stimulating group workshops, designed to help you become a regulatory leader.
  • We’re offering five pharmacovigilance courses this spring:
    • After an absence of several years, Professor Ward returns to teach Regulatory and Legal Basis of Pharmacovigilance. Her insights and thought-provoking lectures will make her course a favorite for those wanting to know more about pharmacovigilance regulations.
    • We welcome Professor Thomas, who will teach Good Pharmacovigilance Operations,  bringing an extensive background in global pharmacovigilance issues to his course.
    • Travel plans or work pressures in the late spring? Professor Patadia’s Post Marketing Safety Surveillance is offered on a truncated, 6-week schedule with 2 meetings a week.
    • The delightful Professor Cossrow returns to offer Pharmacoepidemiology. Her knowledge and gentle encouragement to students to learn as much as possible about this intriguing subject make her a favorite instructor.
    • Professor Robinson will offer her fantastic course on Risk Management & Safety Signaling, helping students to delve deeper into the intricacies and importance of safety signaling.

  • Don’t miss taking a course with one of the country’s foremost regulatory authorities. The amazing Professor Bowen will offer her course in Regulatory Intelligence on Sundays.  Class time will fly by as students engage in “regulatory races” to uncover the latest trends, developments and issues facing the industry.

  • RAQA is proud to offer the MS degree in Advanced Biotherapeutics: Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs (ABMRA) in partnership with Jefferson University. The new program opens exciting career opportunities in this rapidly growing field. We encourage students to explore course offerings in this area, since there is an immediate need for professionals who are well versed in both the manufacturing and regulatory aspects of biotherapeutics. The best way to prepare yourself for an industry career is to take courses from many areas, and this is certainly the fastest expanding industry sector.
  • Professor Zimm is offering her unique and thought-provoking course on Critical Media Analysis of Pharmaceutical Literature. Don’t wait to register, since this course usually fills on the first day it’s posted.  You’ll use critical thinking to delve deeply into how the industry is portrayed by the media, engaging in stimulating discussions
  • Don't forget that you can earn 1.5 credits at upcoming KENX conferences this spring. These include Computer Systems Validation & Software Assurance, which will be available through recordings. (What a great way to earn credits during the winter break!)   In addition, Validation University will be offered March 5 – 7 in San Diego, CA. KENX conferences can be attended in person or online, giving you greater flexibility with fitting in your pursuit of your graduate degree with your work obligations.  To learn more about KENX conferences, click here.
  • Professors Albanese and Wiggins return this spring to offer their superb course on Pharmacopoeia Compliance:  Understanding the Global Impact on RAQA.  Experts on the global pharmacopeia,

These are just a few of our many great courses and instructors. WOW!  There are so many more that it's hard to choose.

Have a great spring semester with Temple's RAQA program.
